I have thru research put this piece somewhere between early 1900's to 1920's. It is richly carved with 4 different figures with lovely detailed landscape. It measures 2" tall and about 1 1/2" wide.
I think it could use a cleaning but since it never bugged me so I never attempted to clean it. The top is missing but the original cork is inside. Snuff bottles have been around for centuries. I've had this one not quite that long lol. Seriously I've had it for a long time. I'm getting better about letting things go and hope this piece goes to a good home. I recently saw an identiacal piece sell for over $400!
