Nice little piece I picked up in Egypt many years ago. The cartouch handle has a different design on either side. This piece measures 5-1/2" long. The standard egyptian stamp is on one side of the opener - the other side has the stamp on the frame of the queen. Sterling silver - decent condition - no wear to the cartouche either side. Great letter opener for your desk.
