Produced in Attleboro Falls. MA for the Ohio Mussle Loading Rifle Association. Still in original box - doesn't look as if it was ever removed. V H Blackinton & Co. Matt gold plate - rare ladies 50 yard medal. Box pretty pristing - some writing on back side - someone named Ruth.  Pristine as shown. Don't see alot of ladies muzzle loading medals.
