In the late 80's we actually had a very nice Hot Air Balloon fair in Las Vegas. I was a vendor there. I love'd that show. Anyway this piece comes from old stock - never worn. It is in mint condition. Measures 1.25" tall. Lost wax cast and each sparkling diamond cut was hand applied. Only the front has the diamond cuts.
