Very nice matched set - marked sterling on all 3 pieces - there is also a 4 leaf clover stamped on the cuff links - also pat. 2,974,381 which after researching much apply to the cuff link mechanism because I found all kinds of cuff links with that patent number and tons of different marks. So I think the clue to the maker would be that 4 leaf clover.

Any way this set came to me in a box lot of an auction so no history to tell. Total weight is 19.1 - condition is mint with lovely diamond cut accents. Nice set
