Reminds me of all the Jerry Garcia teddy bear things - might be - it's the only piece I have left - vintage early 90's piece - very small Size 3.5 so you better have a tiny pinky. It's a solid cut out band - stamped sterling inside. Mint condition - never worn - old stock.
