Not even going to pretend I know about these knives - no clue what model it is - I've had it for perhaps 15 years. I think it's a chef knife. The entire piece measures 16" long. The blade sticking out from the wood measures 10 inches. The wood is very solid - no cracks. It says RH Forschner Co. Victorinox stainless steel made in Switzerland Extra quality - there's that little cross bow logo and that is all. Only one I have.
