3 perky little panda's - black and white and green enameling over a platinum plate. Belly's are a synthetic moonstone off white. Is it called fiber optic? not sure. Sort of like a tiger eye material. this one measures just a tad under 3" wide and 1.25" tall. Mint condition - never worn - older stock.
