Refunds / Returns

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

I make a huge effort to take a lot of pictures and accurately describe each and every item. Staying in business these days is a tough road. This isn't show and tell.  Please make sure you do your due diligence when shopping online. I   have a no return or refund policy unless I have ridiculously misrepresented an item. If my pictures are not clear ask for another one - no problem - sometimes I do get it wrong. I never set out in life to be a photographer but I do keep trying. I'm generally around and sending you any additional information is no problem.



Although I do not ship internationally (can't do that for free) I have no problem accepting international credit cards or shipping to your USA based freight forwarder. If you do not have a freight forwarder - just pay your item and I will then send you an additional invoice for the shipping amount. I do not charge over the required shipping cost dictated to me by the USPO and Paypal. International freight is far too expensive for me to ship free on lower end items -   hope you understand.
