Old heavy antique steel rod - excellent Guilloche Blue Enamel top with a Tall Ship in a harbor - says Quebec and I assume it's Canada - my grandmother was from Quebec City so I have to assume it was a souvenir from a trip home.  It measures just over 7 inches long. There was no tip so I have added a new silver plate tip. Of course it's the only one I have.
