Another one of my grandma's collection passed down to me. Since I'm somebody's great grandma myself now I'm putting the date on this one around 1880. I believe it's bronze. This one measures 4" Long by 2 1/2" Tall by 2" Deep. Interior measures 3 1/4" by 1 1/4" by 1". Hinges are Good, Fabric Lining (red velvet) is in remarkable shape. Most of the ones I got where not fabulous. There is a JB stamped into the box - bottom - corner. Please see all photos. I did not attempt to adjust the color on these pictures - the color does reflect the age of this piece.
