Good condition vintage - alot going on here with this one - double strand - real freshwater pearls of white and blue - rhinestone bicones and squished crystal clear - ab and an aquamarine color. The natural stones - not 100% sure what they are - my best guess is aquamarine. It's a pretty combination of cool summer breeze blues. Sterling silver lobster clasp. The clasp and chain do display a bit of tarnish. Overall choker length of 19"
