Description

Diamond cuts on the outer wing frame. Great detail - it's a tack pin that measures 1.5" across. Has an elegant gold plate with I assume a brass base. You need brass to get the diamond cuts. It does stick to a magnet. Only one I have. I found this piece at an estate sale - it sat on my desk for a long time because I really couldn't figure out what it is made of. Finally gave up.
