Vintage piece early 90's - very lightweight - measures 2" across. There's graduated rhinestone running up the spine - ab flashed. The large ruby red stones are a lightweight lucite. High polished silver plate this one also measures 1 1/2" tall. Mint condition - no tarnish - no dead stones - just a pretty piece.
