Gorgeous - just gorgeous. Small 3-d golden diamond cut cats.  Just the head - pierced as shown. They are vintage late 80's made by a company called Star Creations and Carol Star.  They were the only company who took on that procedure at that time. This is the only set I have left. You'll never see them again once sold.
