Great piece from my own collection - only one I have - I found this one late 80's in a basement warehouse in Providence. I personally always felt that it is an unsigned Weiss but there is no stamping anywhere to be found. All the stones are prong set. The larger multi-colored stones all have high crowns like old european cut. The smaller ones are old paste I believe. There are no missing stones but the clarity isn't mint. In picture 4 I tried to show the tiny candles near the base of the pin. The base is a clear givre stone with a milky center. All in all it's a very nice piece - hard to find these great ones anymore.
