Shoulder Dusters? They measure5.5" long - you tell me.  Excellent vintage Cloisonné - no ridges like the same today - black enamel with luminous floral patterns - high polished gold plate and tight clip backs. Only pair I have. Never worn - silk drops minty.
 

Do you know the difference between true vintage cloisonné? Older vintage cloisonné is finely crafted smooth to the touch - newer wanna be cloisonné has raised ridges on the enameling. The true art has been long lost. Try to touch them when you buy them. You'll quickly learn the difference. Most of the new stuff you can actually see the ridges in the photos.
