This is the coolest little gem - I know it looks cobalt but under different light it looks cobalt or purple - your gonna have to trust me on that.  Yummy enameling over a high polished gold plate. This one is another tack pin with 7 lucky emerald green rhinestone in the neck. 2 light peridot crystal eyes - it measures 1". Mint condition - never worn - from new retired stock.
