Coffee Mill Hour Glass Miniature Pencil Sharpener Vintage BeadRage

2 cool miniatures - hour glass that stake 1 minute for the grains to draw down - measures 1 7/8" tall.  The coffee mill is pretty cool - the drawer below the sharpener opens so you can dump it. That piece measures 2 1/2" tall - the tops spins as it should.  There are no identifying marks on either piece and the only ones like this that I have.
