Interesting piece - new from old stock - there are some real rhinestones scattered here and there but the main "stones" are lucite making this one a lighter piece. High polished silver plate. All the lucite stones are gemmy nothing lose or missing. Measures 2 3/8 inches across. Never worn. Someone asked me if this piece was Vaseline so for kicks I shot it again. Not real fluorescent but actually has a little pale glow to the yellow stones. Interesting since their Lucite
