Columbus State Capitol Spoon Vintage Sterling Silver Travel Souvenir

Nice little spoon  says "state capitol" on the top then the capitol building then Columbus O on the bottom. Stamped SSMC Sterling on the underside on handle and there is a monogram on the upside as shown. I've never been brilliant at deciphering these scripts - looks like an R to me.
