Kind of amazing all the detail in this ring. Adjustable in nature but the way it sits right now without adjusting it's a size 8. The head is actually a separate piece so it moves. Could easily be made larger than making it small I think. Has a bit of antiquing to the silver. Nice vintage piece from my old Excalibur Hotel line. Circa 90's.
