Unique pieced - this piece was made by a company called Carol Star late 80's. Solid brass casting with 24mils of 14kt gold plate and brilliant diamond cuts hand placed. Excellent detail with a tiny rhinestone pave set into her wand. This is the only piece I have - this company went out of business many years ago. She measures 2" tall. Mint condition - never worn.
