Great piece - strong clamper style - patriotic red white and blue rhinestone crystal pave set - no dead or missing stones. The fairy measures 2 3/8" across the top of the wings. The inside dimensions with the clamper closed measures 7". It opens an additional 1" to accommodate slipping on. High polished platinum plate. Mint condition never worn.
