This piece is a big heavy fish. Perfect for the Pieces person. It weighs 32+ grams so no silk blouse here. It measures 2 1/2" tall and 1 7/8" across. It has one single rhinestone eye. High polished and matt gold plate. I haven't made a huge effort to polish it but chose to leave it as is. One of Torino's harder to find pieces.
Torino - this is a rather obscure costume jewery company - obscure as there is not a whole heck of alot of signed pieces around. I believe this company started in or around 1972 in Cranston, RI. I feel like they were a Red Hat company ahead of their time - they made alot of figural lady pins.
