High polished gold plate. Lovely pastel multi-colored crystal flowers with a background of clear rhinestones. All the stones are prong set for a long life. This one measures 1 5/8" across the bottom and 1.25" tall. Mint - never worn condition.
My sister is a rabid gardener - she always has the best flower garden on her street. Me - I can kill a cactus. I thought this piece is a lovely floral garden hat. Not 100% sure because it has these 2 gold balls hanging from it. What do you think? Maybe they represent the ties?
