Genie Pin 80's Sultan Turban Fortune Teller Blackamoor Brooch

Estate find - I actually have no idea when it was made. It's an unusual piece - one of the genie's I'd never seen before. It's not a big genie - it measures 1 5/8 inches tall. There is one big red Swarovski crystal center. The plating is gemmy front and back. Clasp is secure.  Only one I have.
