This is the cutest dam pin - it's new - it's an import - I didn't care because it's so cute - Actually is excellent quality with yummy enameling and pave set rhinestone crystals in the hat. Great detail. A regular bar pin that measures 1 3/8 inches tall and 1 inch wide. Hard to find nice well made pumpkin pieces and the witches hat is adorable.
