After all these years I still get excited about pretty things. Just found this one - absolutely pristine piece - last one I have. Late 80's piece. Gorgeous 3d puffy pie crust lattice look.  High polished gold plate. Pave set sparking rhinestone crystals. 18" gold plate rope chain with lobster clasp. The heart measures 1 1/4" across. You could wear it either way - rhinestone side or polished.
