Sweet little vintage Valentine piece - Ruby red enamel over a high polished gold plate. One singe rhinestone tear drop hanging off cupids arrow. This one measures 2" wide. A regular secure bar clasp. There is also a bail on the back to run a chain thru it to wear as a necklace if you want, NBW - comes from older stored stock.
