Joan Rivers Pendant Necklace Puffy Heart Swarovski Crystals Signed

Beautiful Joan Rivers double sided purple enamel pendant necklace on an elegant 36" rope chain. Puffy heart is pave set with an array of colorful genuine Swarovski crystals - lovely floral design. Other side is a detailed gold plated flower. I believe this is an early 90's piece. Comes with the original box - pouch and Classic Collection literature.
