Staffordshire? Not signed - actually there were several english potteries that produced this type of ware. Catch that little ladybug just sticking out of one side. I added that little baby. The quality is there - the painting is excellent - the leaves are right. Just no clue how old it is or who made it. It measures just under 2" across. The porcelain is placed into a high polished gold plated cup. Mint - never worn condition.
