This piece comes from my private collection. Once of the most gorgeous cabbed larimar pieces I've seen over the years. Wire wrapped cabochon that measures 3" long. Just the pendent measures 2-1/8"" long. It weighs 28.8 grams. The G/P chain measures 20" long.
About the stone - I purchased this piece from the original owner of the mine in the Dominion Republic at the Tucson Gem show. He was a fascinating guy. You don't see many stones this nice these days - I feel like that mine has played out over the years. this particular one made me feel like I was right there in the Carribean. I wish I would have bought more of them at the time and I did. Most I sold over the years - this one was my favorite. The dentrics are amazing and I could invision the ocean in the center. There are no major imperfections to note although Mother Nature does tend to leave her mark in most however minor they are. I have no capability to do wire wrapping for many years now. Too much arthritis these days.
