This is a vintage early 90's piece obtained from QVC if I remember right - it was sold as sterling - diamond cut and you can see the underlying material. There are no stamps or marking on this item whatsoever so I'm calling it plate. It is 30 years old and still looks brand new. It stands - measures 1 1/4" wide - stand 1" tall. Very good detail.
