Rather nice piece - well constructed - has weathered the storm over the years - plating still fairly sharp - stones pave set and secure - regular bar pin with secure clasp. Very tall crowns on the stones - like old European cut if you know that style and they are very crisp. Estate lot - no history could be 40's. Only one I have.
