Solid brass cast - wheel moves- spins freely - Still has the original hang tag and also has the paper tag on the bottom - wheel is complete with no missing parts. It measures 2.25 inches tall and 1.5 inches wide. This is about as pristine as they get. Could use a little rub but not much - nice piece.
