Very lovely piece - there are 10kt g/f ribbons on either side of this chanel set stone. The stone itself is rather unusual with more color to one side. It is a size 5 1/4 which could be sized quite easily but not by me. The band is solid on the bottom so it would not alter the design. Vintage piece - only one I have.
