He's a charming fella - high polished silver plate withexcellent enameling. Pave set rhinestones of jonquil and topaz. AB flashed peridot and 2 red eyes. This piece measures 2 1/4" wide and 1 1/2" tall. There's also a bail on the backside that I personally think it odd because it's only on one wing so when worn as a necklace it would hang that way. Mint condition - never worn.
