I love a big statement - this one is BIG measuring 3 1/2" long and 2 1/2" wide. The baguettes are lucite making it a bit lighter but I still wouldn't wear it on a silk blouse.  The marcasite rhinestone crystal are all pave set into a high polished plate with jet black enamel accents. Citrine color rhinestones in the head. It's an amazing Wakanda kind of piece.
