Turquoise blue enamel over a mother of pearl cover. MOP each side.  The vessel measures 1 1/4" across and 1/4" think. The stopper is tight and measures 1 1/8". Stopper or dauber fits snuggly. Silver plated trim and chain - the chain measures 24" with a spring ring clasp. Older - vintage - never used - from Excalibur hotel carefully stored.
