Puffy piece - very detailed - I think it's an angel fish? Tropical anyway - it's a multi-colored pale green mixture of enamel. Olivine or seaweed colors? You be the judge - High polished gold plate with pave set rhinestone crystals. Measures 2 5/8" across and 1.5" tall. Won't do for a silk blouse girls - too heavy for that but what a statement on a jacket or cotton blouse. Mint condition - never worn new from older stock.
