Yummy piece - the stones are all pave set inside the red enamel border. It's also a pendant and can be worn either way. It measures just a tad over 1 inch either way. Nicely done with a high polished gold plate. There are no dead or yellow stone on this piece - I must have shot the pictures 100 times - just couldn't get it quite right.
