This is a bigger piece (see hand) it measures just under 4 inches wide and 2.5 inches tall. Has enamel overlay of brilliant blues and mauve with pave set rhinestone crystal - like maybe 75 or more. High polished gold plate. There are no dead or missing stones. Condition mint from older stored stock. Will ship via USPO with delivery confirmation.
