High polished gold plate with a colorful bright enamel colors. Pave set eith crystal rhinestones in the bag and belt. This one measures 2 1/4 inches tall and has a regular bar pin. It's still really a sweet piece. He's a heavier piece - domestic in nature. Let's just find him a new home. Absolutely no clue how old this one is - from my own collection. Late 80's. This one is unsigned. Condition mint from older stored stock.
