High polished gold plate. It's a great Christmas pin - it measures 3 1/4" long and 1 7/8" wide. There's wonderful candy cane enameling also on ribbon and package. A smattering of rhinestone crystals and colorful lucite cabs all pave set. Yummy vintage piece in mint never worn condition.
