Another classic scotty piece - high polished gold and silver plate with that yummy red collar with a single emerald green rhinestone eye. No dead or missing stones. It's a regular bar pin that measures 1 3/4 inches wide. Makes me want to go get a puppy. Condition mint from older stock.
