I so love this piece - not sure who made it or when. Estate find. I've had this piece for a few years now and hung onto it because it's so pretty and very well made. Pale green and beige enameling over a high polished gold plate. Faux pearls and AB flashed rhinestone crystals adorn the piece. This one measures 1.75" across the bottom and bottom to cone top as well. Really a quality piece. Only one I have.
