High polished platinum plate with an array of colorful enamels. Pave set rhinestone crystals. this piece measures just a tad under 2" long and 1.25" wide. Mint condition - never worn - from older "new" stock. My mom was a quilter - I used to pick up every scissor pin I found. What a lost art - I hope some of the younger girls are still doing it.
