High polished gold plate with an array of colorful rhinestone crystals entirely prong set. Excellent detail in this design - and it's a big one measuring 3 7/8" x 1 7/8". Secure stock - never worn - cowboy up. Might be an unsigned Butler Wilson piece? But no signed of a stamp - not signed - minty condition
