Back in the day - these came out of Taiwan so their probably 25-30 years old. I can't imagine they got "old" There are 11 different designs. Absolutely no clue how they work - I carried them at my store just because the kids kept bugging me for them. Just found a box of them and put a bunch of 11 different designs together. Still sealed in original packaging. The label is written in French, I can read the non-toxic verbage (must be universal - lol) - and something about 30 seconds - if I remember right their water applied kind of thing. Be wild today - wear a tattoo.
